PAGE 21 - CRAH - GUARDIAN SERIES
OPTIMIZED POWER
The Aircore platform replaces the copper-wound iron stator with an etched-copper PCB stator in
an axial-flux architecture — lighter, quieter, no iron losses, IE5-class efficiency. CRAH fans run
8,760 hours a year; across a nine- or twelve-fan array and hundreds of units, that drivetrain gain
is measurable megawatts returned to the IT load.
Supply, secured: 8,000+ Infinitum fans per year staged for delivery — 24,000 allocated over 36 months
— so the power-quality spec never becomes the schedule risk.

INSIDE THE MOTOR: WHY AIRCORE IS DIFFERENT IRON - WITH NO IRON
AIRCORE AXIAL-FLUX ARCHITECTURE WITH INTEGRAL SIC ACTIVE FRONT END — ONE INTEGRATED FAN SYSTEM, NO EXTERNAL DRIVE CABINET
FIVE WHEEL SIZES — 18 TO 27 — BUILT FOR OEM FAN ARRAYS
Five wheel configurations (18, 20, 22, 24, 27) let
Cambridgeport tune the Guardian Fan Array — count,
diameter and operating point — to your airflow and static
without leaving the standardized platform. High airflow and
static performance, quiet operation, built to modern DOE
efficiency standards.
Fan motors shall be IE5-class with integral SiC Active Front End
THDi shall not exceed 1% at the unit connection
Power factor not less than 0.98 across the modulation range
Fans shall ride through power transfer events without dropout
Compliance data furnished from delivered project selections · factory run test every unit
The bottom line: power quality in the AI data center is a fleet problem, and the fan array is the fleet. Solving it at
each motor — integrally, identically, on every unit — beats filtering it at the switchgear. Clean power isn't an
option code on the Guardian Series. It's how the line is built.
